Vestibular rehabilitation help those with spells of acute, active, recurrent, spontaneous vertigo (spinning sensation),acute vestibular migraine or early stages of Ménière’s disease – because the brain not able to correct to the changing nature of these disorders. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is an exercise treatment program designed to promote vestibular adaptation and substitution. The aim is to enhance gaze stability, to enhance postural stability, to improve vertigo and to improve activities of daily living.
